We are pleased to be one of the baggage service options that your camp has chosen for the upcoming camp season.
In South Florida and Maryland, we offer a centralized pick up and drop off service where families will meet our truck for pick-up and delivery. In the Northeast, Chicago, Los Angeles, and San Francisco, we will offer door to door shipping

Around one month before camp we will mail out personalized baggage tags for all enrolled campers
Central Location Clients
South Florida Families – The pick-up in June and drop off in August will be the parking lot of the Hilton Boca Raton Suites. Pick up will be scheduled for the evening of Friday, June 21st. Detailed instructions will be provided the middle of May. The return service will be scheduled for the morning of Saturday, August 17th. All Florida service in the month of July will be door to door only
Maryland Families – The pick-up and drop off location will be the parking lot of the Double Tree Hotel in Laurel, MD. Pick up will be scheduled the morning of Sunday June 23rd. Details instructions will be provided the middle of May. July service – Pick up and drop off will take place at the camp bus location at the same time your child arrives / departs. August return – Our truck will be at your child’s bus location on August 9th from noon to 2pm
Door to Door Service Clients
Two weeks prior, families using our door-to-door service will receive final instructions via email, including your exact pick-up date and an estimated time window for service. Families in the Northeast should expect bags to be picked up around 7-10 days before the start of camp.
For return, you can anticipate your baggage being delivered home to the Northeast around 3-7 days after camp ends. Other areas can anticipate return taking 7- 10 days. Please keep this in mind when scheduling vacations or travel. You may need to provide us with alternate delivery instructions or send necessary items home with your camper. We will do our best to get the bags home as quickly as possible
