Please complete one enrollment form for each camper attending camp.

Please remove all old tags to avoid confusion! Personalized Camp Baggage tags will be mailed to your home in the middle of May. Having your own permanent luggage tag, or other form of identification on the baggage is highly recommended.
Upon receipt of your completed enrollment form and payment, an Enrollment Acknowledgement email will be sent to you. In early June you will receive a specific date, and estimated time for pick up. A list of pick up dates will be available on our website by May 1st.
Return the enrollment form in the enclosed return envelope no later than May 15th. Any enrollment and/or payment received after May 15th will incur the Late Enrollment Penalty of $25 per camper. Camp Baggage cannot guarantee service for enrollment forms and payment received after the enrollment deadline.
We offer a sibling discount of $10 for each family member being picked up from the same address.
