2005 Information

HOW TO ENROLL

Complete one enrollment form for each camper attending camp.

CHOOSE SERVICE AND SESSION
We provide round trip and/or one-way service. Please check service and session.

     
PRICES ROUND TRIP ONE WAY (To or From)

*Baggage service home from camp on July 25th is not door to door. Baggage trucks will drop off at the camp bus stop locations on July 25th.

Each Additional Duffel Bag $75 $40
Each Sleeping Bag / Roller Blades / Hockey Stick / Tennis Racquet / etc. $35 $20

Each Bag in excess of 80 pounds will incur an additional $20 charge. This policy is an effort to prevent injury to our drivers, and your child’s camp counselors.

ATTENTION HALF SESSION SILVER LAKE FAMILIES!

FULL SESSION: Camp Baggage will pick up from your home around a week before opening day, and we will deliver your child’s baggage to your home no later than Wednesday, August 20th. Detailed pick up / drop off information will be mailed to your home a week in advance.

SESSION ONE: Camp Baggage will pick up from your home around a week before opening day, and drop off at your child’s camp bus stop location at the end of the session (July 25th).

SESSION TWO: In mid July you will receive a postcard notifying you of a specific date, and approximate time we will be picking up baggage from your home. At the end of the summer we will deliver your child’s baggage to your home no later than Wednesday, August 20th.

Our drivers will bring, and attach baggage tags at time of pick up.


LATE ENROLLMENT PENALTY

Completed form and payment postmarked or e-mailed after May 19th – $25 per camper.


BAGGAGE LABELS

Please remove all old tags to avoid confusion! Our drivers bring preprinted labels, and tag bags with this years color coded Camp Baggage tags during pick-up. Having your own permanent luggage tag, or other form of identification on the baggage is highly recommended.


ENROLLMENT ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

Upon receipt of your completed enrollment form and payment, an Enrollment Acknowledgement postcard will be sent to you. You will receive another postcard in early June with a specific date, and estimated time for pick up.


DEADLINE

Return the enrollment form in the enclosed return envelope no later than Monday, May 12, 2008. Any enrollment and/or payment received after May 19th will incur the Late Enrollment Penalty of $25 per camper. Camp Baggage cannot guarantee service for enrollment forms and payment received after the enrollment deadline.


SIBLING DISCOUNT

We offer a sibling discount of $10 for each family member being picked up from the same address.
